Deactivate Users

You can remove users from your BUCS account if individuals leave your organization or no longer require access. 

  1. Navigate to BUCS Customer Portal > Account Management > User Management.

  2. Find the user you want to deactivate. Click on the Status Toggle to switch the user to Inactive.

  3. The user is now inactive and can no longer access the BUCS platform. If you ever want to reactivate the user, you can toggle the status back to Active.
