Complete Chart of Accounts Mapping
Step 3: Map your individual GL accounts across the data sources you have integrated into a master chart of accounts.
The Chart of Accounts mapping tool simplifies financial reporting by consolidating GL accounts from multiple systems into a unified master Chart of Accounts. It eliminates manual processes and ensure data accuracy when looking at financial metrics.

Complete Master Data Record Classification
Step 4: Review and classify customer and vendor records to master data records.
A master record is a single, authoritative source of truth for key data entities within an organization. This record is created by consolidating information from multiple data sources (like CRM, ERP, marketing systems, and external databases) to produce one unified, accurate version of critical data. BUCS uses AI models help do the heavy lifting of classifying individual records to master records—adding automation, consolidation and data enrichment to this process.

Access Reports and Dashboards
Step 5: View your financial reports and dashboards.
- Access reports and dashboards through the reports section of the Customer Portal
- Access pre-built report templates or raw data tables through the BUCS Excel Plugin
