Pre-Implementation
To establish the connection, make sure you have administrator access in your Exact Online account.Implementation
1. Connect to Exact Online
Go to BUCS Customer Portal > Connection Management > Connection Hub. Locate or search for the Exact Online connector and click Connect.
2. Name Connection
Enter a Name for your connection on the first page of the connection wizard and then click Next. The connection name should be descriptive and specific to the connection you want to establish.
Enter your Exact Online Region and Division ID. Click Connect.
You can find your Exact Online Division ID by logging into Exact Online and viewing the URL bar. The numeric code at the end of the URL is your Division ID.
3. Login to Exact Online
Login to your Exact Online account by entering your Exact Online Username and Password. Click Next.
4. Authorize the Connection
Select the companies BUCS Analytics will access. Click to accept the Terms & Conditions and agree that you understand the usage of data terms. Click Allow.
5. Connection Established
If the connection was established successfully you will see a Connection Established message and data from Exact Online will continuously sync to BUCS. If the connection was not successful, you will be asked to try again.
NOTE: If you don't see your Exact Online data appear in the BUCS platform in 24 hours, please contact your account team.
