df_Trial_Balance Mechanics

BUCS consolidates your General Ledger or Journal Detail data from one or multiple systems, summarizing it by period, account, location, and account type. This grants you instant access to a comprehensive trial balance whenever required.

The figures displayed in the table for the income statement each month depict the total activity for that period. As for the balance sheet amounts, they reflect the aggregate balance of each account up to the specific month.

Additionally, Retained Earnings sums the total Net Income balance up to each month, with the current month's Net Income carrying forward to subsequent months seamlessly.
