Access BUCS Hosted Power BI Reports
Some BUCS clients have access to Power BI reports as part of their contract. If you are unsure whether your organization has Power BI reporting included, please check with your BUCS account manager.
Prerequisites
Before you can access Power BI reports, make sure the following steps are complete:

Account Setup – Your BUCS account must be configured with Power BI reports included.

Permissions – You need the Reporting Viewer role assigned to your account.

Power BI Access – Your BUCS account manager must set up Power BI Report access for you.
⚠️ If you are new to the BUCS platform, let your BUCS account manager know you require access to Power BI. You must be invited before you can log in.
Setting Up Your Power BI Account

Once invited, you will receive a confirmation email from Microsoft Entra.

Open the email and click Confirm.

After confirmation, you will be able to sign in to the BUCS Customer Portal and launch Power BI reports successfully.
Navigating to Power BI Reports

Log in to the BUCS Customer Portal.

Navigate to Reports > Power BI Reports.

Sign in with your Microsoft account (the one tied to your BUCS access).

On the Power BI Reports page, click the action button (located on the far right) to launch your available reports.
